SOS Python wrapper

Integration at the data level is a must in smart cities, especially in the case of sensors networks for monitoring geographic phenomena. This project developed a wrapper written in Python for registering observations into a Service Observation Services (SOS), an OGC standard for reporting observation from sensor networks. The wrapper parse JSON files containing observations, format them and push them into the Java implementation of an SOS by 52North. This wrapper was used to load data from the SmartSantander sensor network.
